Champion Gems’ primary goal is to completely satisfy every customer that wears its jewelry with pride. If not 100% pleased with your purchase, you can return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. You will be assigned a Return Authorization Number or RAN. Free return shipping only applies to U.S. customers and is limited to two per customer. To return an item, simply follow these return procedures:
- Contact our Customer Care Department at 1-949-633-6204, and advise us that you wish to return your jewelry item.
- Complete the merchandise return form included with your package
- Within one business day of your phone call, we will email you a pre-paid, fully insured UPS 2-Day label, along with instructions on how to securely package your item.
- Take your order and the label to the nearest UPS location, and simply mail it back to us. If you need packaging materials, UPS will assist you.
- Your order should arrive at our office within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- All refunds will be processed within two weeks in the form of the original purchase method or, in the case of an exchange, your secure Private Account will be credited for the full purchase amount.

International returns are not subject to our free return policy, and custom orders are not returnable.
Items sent to our office without a Return Authorization Number or RAN, packages shipped after the 30-day return deadline, or jewelry that is improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted.
Returned merchandise must be in “new and unused condition” to be deemed acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Champion Gems’ will not be accepted.
If the jewelry item was a gift, you will receive Champion Gems credit. You can apply this credit at any time to purchase another jewelry piece from our premier and evolving collections.
In the unlikely event that Champion Gems processes your order incorrectly, or your jewelry was damaged during shipping, we will gladly take back the item, exchange it for another, or credit you the full amount of the purchase.
